Milkshakes are one of the easiest on the go breakfasts.
Whipping up a nutrient-packed milkshake is just so simple. It’s as easy as throwing some ingredients into a food processor, giving it a quick blitz and BOOM you have a nutrient-dense and nourishing drink that will keep you feeling satisfied for hours on end.
What flavour is your favourite?
With so many different ingredients and flavours, milkshakes are a fantastic way to have a quick on the go breakfast or even a tasty treat for the kids. Some of my favourite low carb milkshake flavours are strawberries and cream, mocha, blueberry, vanilla and cinnamon and of course chocolate!
Chocolate and peanut butter is a match made in heaven and this milkshake definitely won’t disappoint. Treat yourself, give it a whirl and sit back and enjoy!
