Turkish beef gozleme have been a family treasure for many years, this meal always brings back fond childhood memories for me. Changing to a low carb way of eating meant that I could no longer enjoy our family favourite, however I was determined to convert our traditional recipe to suit my low carb diet. I am so proud of this recipe and that I too can enjoy a family favourite once again.

Ingredients
- 250 g ground beef
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- pinch of sea salt and ground pepper
- 1 cup shredded baby spinach leaves
- 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 3/4 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 1 large egg
